Limited facilities, good-sized room, helpful staff, secure car parking, 10-minute train journey to central area.30 pm. Flower petals on bed for honeymoon, "better" part of town, helpful shuttle driver, lovely and comfortable room, good breakfast. Train station near hotel for direct train to Pompeii, delicious croissants, helpful English-speaking staff, maps and directions available, convenient parking arrangement. Friendly and helpful staff, quick resolution of air conditioning issue, close to beaches and supermarket, cool pizzeria nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful, great room cleaning, good coffee at breakfast, convenient location near railway and the zoo, charming atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located right at the Cumana train stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony to enjoy fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The free breakfast provides a variety of options, including pastries, cold cereal, yogurt, and even scrambled eggs.
The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and the temperature was difficult to regulate.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is just perfect, right across the train station in a non-tourist area. It was so convenient for us to explore the city as it only took us 10-15 minutes to reach the center. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and a balcony. The hotel also offered great services like room service and laundry. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided here.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room wasnice and neat, with a cozy bed and a well-appointed bathroom stocked with plenty of toiletries. The hotel staff were helpful, speaking excellent English and providing us with maps and directions to navigate this city. We were even able to purchase train and subway tickets right at the reception desk. The hotel's location right next to the train station Agnano made it convenient for us to explore the city, with a quick 18-minute trip to the center of town. the hotel's parking area was secure and of a reasonable size, providing peace of mind for our vehicle.
